I am glad that SJJA Fenches Forest has opened and that Vince is back teaching. He is highly skilled and delivers technique clearly, easily and at a very high standard. Professor Vince is a truly fantastic coach. He is great at breaking techniques down in a way that’s both easy to understand and incredibly in-depth for the more advanced students. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned black belt he meets each student at their level, ensuring techniques are fully understood and catering advice to different body types and skill levels. The overall gym environment is incredibly welcoming. Everyone knows each other’s names and will look out for one another during training. There are zero big egos on the mats. The space itself is awesome too, it has modern spacious white mats that are always clean and get plenty of natural sunlight - which helps keep everyone healthy. As a bonus the building is well cooled during hot summer days.
